The Gozo Tourism Association has said that it “notes with concern the present political situation and how it is evolving.”
In a statement, the GTA said that, “in order for the tourism industry on the Maltese Islands to keep reaping on the positive results of these last years, our Islands as tourism destinations require a calm, serene and stable political environment.”
The Association went on to say that it is therefore calling for “a sense of political maturity and responsibility from all our politicians, so that the Maltese Islands move forward and overpass these challenging times.”
The Gozo Tourism Association concluded by saying that it calls for “immediate political solutions for the present situation by all our politicians, whilst ensuring that justice is served.”
