“Now is the time that Prime Minister Robert Abela really shows how capable he is to make decisions that are favour of good governance.” This was said by Nationalist Party Leader Adrian Delia while addressing a political activity on Sunday.

Dr Delia spoke of the disclosure in some of Sunday’s media, which he said had revealed “that former Deputy Police Commissioner Silvio Valletta, the husband of the Minister for Gozo Justyne Caruana, had travelled abroad with Yorgen Fenech, when he had already been identified by the police as person of interest in the investigation of the assassination of journalist Daphne Caruana Galizia.”

The PN Leader said that the Prime Minister “must now answer if he knew that Valletta travelled with Fenech, and if he did, does the Prime Minister think it is acceptable for Justyne Caruana to continue to hold the post of Minister for Gozo?”

“If the Prime Minister didn’t know, then it is now time for him to show us that he is really capable of making decisions,” stated Dr Delia.
