Am I the only one who cares? I have been intending to complain for years. This morning I decided to bring it to the attention of the Council through your Gozo.news because if I write to them as experience has shown me, I will not get a response.
This morning I took a couple of Foreigners for a tour of Victoria. All was well until I heard a cry and saw my friend flat on the ground. He slipped on the pedestrian walkway corner of Ghajn Qatet Street with St. Domenic Street.
Please change those ‘zonkor’ edges and replace them with cement as the government of the day did many years ago to use these precious hard stones as slabs at government buildings.
Thank you. I am counting the days!
Anthony Zammit,
Victoria.
