GO have announced that their customers now have the chance to experience the thrill of Formula 1 races live and exclusive on GO Plus TV starting from the first Grand Prix of this season in Australia held on the weekend starting the 27th of March. In addition, all local sports enthusiasts can stay close to all Grand Prix action, wherever they are and however suits them most. In fact, GO gives its TV viewers full Formula 1 coverage so that they can now watch all five live sessions – practice sessions, qualifying and the race – on their TV at home or on the move with their 3G phone, besides being able to receive SMS alerts on their mobile.
The company also said that GO Plus TV customers can subscribe to SPORTS+ as an add-on to any of the TV packages and for only €9.55 monthly they get to watch various sporting events including Formula 1 Grand Prix on TV and also get to watch it on their GO Mobile for free. In addition, for the specially reduced price of €25, customers can benefit from the SPORTS+ ticket offer which gives them four months of sports with a wide choice of live and exclusive sporting event to choose from such as Formula 1, Wimbledon, FA Cup, Malta and England football World Cup qualifiers, tennis and golf – and much more!
Meanwhile for those sports lovers only interested in watching the Formula 1 races on their GO Mobile can opt for one of three choices: a flat rate of €0.25 for every 10 minutes, 200 minutes within a 24 hour time-window for €1.75 or 1,000 minutes within a 30 day time-window for €5.00.
As added bonus, GO Mobile customers can keep themselves updated on the races via SMS alerts. There are two options to choose from: €1.00 per race and to subscribe customers are to send a blank SMS to 50700381 or for a flat rate of €15, customers receive updates for all races and news messages. To subscribe, all they need to do is send blank SMS to 50700380. As from 13 March customers of all mobile providers can subscribe to the service as long as they visit any GO outlet, while GO Mobile subscribers can subscribe to the SMS Alert service via SMS.
