Following the great success of last Sunday’s book and dvd sale, Gozo SPCA will be holding another fundraiser event this Sunday, the 14th of June.
They sold around 500 books last week, and several hundred more have since been donated, so once again Gozo SPCA will have over 2000 books for sale, there will also be dvds, handmade face masks and bric-a-brac – Paperbacks are €1 each or 6 for €5, dvds are €2 each or 5 for €5.
All proceeds are going to the Gozo SPCA, to help the animals at the Centre as well as those who need their care on the streets.
The sale is this Sunday morning from 9am until at least 1pm, outside its centre in Victoria, which is located on the far side of the children’s play ground, at the back of the Aurora Theatre.
Gozo SPCA are asking the public who attend to please practice social distancing and wear facemasks, They are also asked to circulate anti clockwise around the tables that will be set up.
