A 31-year-old man, from Mosta was seriously injured after he fell the height of one-storey, early this morning.

Police advised that the incident happened at around 4.45am, in Triq Hamri, Ghajnsielem, Gozo.

The man fell after attempting to jump across to the balcony of a residence.

The man was taken to Gozo General Hospital, where he was later certified to have sustained serious injuries.

Police investigations are ongoing.
