A 92-year old woman has died while being positive with Covid-19, she is the 31st person to die with the virus.

The Ministry for Health in a statement on Saturday, said that the woman tested positive for Covid-19 on the 15th of September and passed away during the night. She was a resident at an unidentified home for the elderly.

The Ministry said that the woman “had underlying other health conditions.”

The Health Ministry, while offering its condolences to the patient’s family, reiterated its appeal for the public to continue to follow the public health guidelines, including frequent hand washing, social distancing and wearing a mask.
