The two sally ports leading to the Cittadella, from behind the Visitors’ Centre and from the ditch, respectively, have been opened once again.

The Cultural Heritage Directorate explained that the access through these secure entries to the Cittadella had to be temporarily closed due to infrastructural works on the public conveniences that are situated near the top entrance to them.

The Directorate apologised for any inconvenience caused during the closure.
