Freephone 153 is experiencing technical problems meaning that not all calls are connected, the government said today. servizz.gov said that these problems are “beyond its control” and are due to “third party systems.”

servizz.gov, in a statement said that it is conducting the necessary investigation to resolve the technical problem as soon as possible with the least impact on customers.

To reduce the inconvenience, today and tomorrow it will be extending our service on Freephone 153 until 7:00pm.

Alternatively, the public can communicate with servizz.gov through regional centre; through the website www.servizz.gov.mt; or by email service@gov.mt.
