Gozo SPCA will be holding a book sale tomorrow, Sunday, the 16th of May. All proceeds will go to the Gozo SPCA, to help the animals at the Centre as well as those who need their care on the streets.

Gozo SPCA will have around 2000 books for sale, there will also be DVDs and CDs, however further donations of these items will be gratefully received.

Tomorrow’s sale will start an hour earlier, so from 8am until 11am outside its centre in Victoria, which is located on the far side of the children’s play ground, at the back of the Aurora Theatre.

Gozo SPCA are asking the public who attend to please practice social distancing, numbers will be strictly limited and facemasks must be worn. They are also asked to circulate anti clockwise around the tables that will be set up.

Depending how the sale goes, the Centre said that it will hopefully include bric-a-brac on future Sundays – this is also dependent on the new Government regulations on Charity Shops, and on the Covid restrictions in place at the time.
