Travellers without vaccination certificate to pay €1,400 for hotel quarantine

The Malta Tourism Authority, writing on social media today, has advised that following the Legal Notices issued yesterday, anyone coming to Malta without a Vaccination Certificate – issued 14-days after the second dose of vaccine – will be subject to mandatory quarantine in a hotel and will also be subject to a minimum accommodation cost of €1,400 per room.
