A 48-year old man was grievously injured on Sunday evening after the car he was driving overturned in Gozo.
The man was treated at the scene by paramedics before being taken to the Gozo General hospital where he was later certified to have sustained grievous injuries.
Members of the Civil Protection Department also assisted at the scene.
Police investigations are ongoing.
