There were 171 new Covid-19 cases found overnight and 51 recoveries, which now takes the number of active cases in Malta and Gozo up to 1,309.

There are 48 patients requiring treatment in Mater Dei Hospital including 3 who are in ITU (figures for Gozo General Hospital have not been updated).

There have been 614 deaths since the start of the pandemic.

The number of booster doses administered up until yesterday is 346,506.
