The first course about organic horticulture is currently being held at the Qala Local Council, organised by the Department of Education under the Life Long Learning programme, which will result in the formation of the first organic farming NGO in Gozo.
In collaboration with Qala Local Council, the course will be completed after 32 weeks. The students have built up a team synergy between them and are going to form the first organic farming NGO in Gozo – Gozo Organic Agriculture Movement (GOAM).
Qala Local Council said that it will continue to support this group by providing the council hall. More details will be given when a public meeting will be held to initiate the Moviment Favur il-Biedja Organika (Movement in Favour of Organic Farming).
What a BIG Step forward in the Intelligence on Malta’s Islands!!!
Hope the Government will understud the Solution, of this kind of Agriculture .
… but , i give you nearly no chance for this Invention .
People here think from twelve till noon !!!
( not only the Government !!! ) will take this, as an Solution to be in the NEWS!!!

A BIG WELL DONE goes to Qala Mayor who is always taking these decisions . I also saw Mario Salerno who is the expert on this matter.
And where is this organic farm going to be? In what village? Every truck and car on the entire island will be lined up to get into this village from when they open to when they close shop.
