The number of daily new Covid-19 cases are still rising, with 543 registered in the last 24 hours and recorded on the Public Health Department open source database. There were also 2 deaths registered.

Positive cases in Malta and Gozo are now up to 4,081. No information is available for the number in hospital. There have been 738 deaths since the start of the pandemic.

There were 1,751 tests taken over the same period, making a positivity rate of 31.01%, once again, the highest it has been so far. Tests carried out at home are not included in the figures.
