Giving blood is an act of solidarity. Join the effort and save people’s lives. So this July, even though the temperatures are soaring which can deter people from donating blood, the constant need for blood never ceases.
The National Blood Transfusion Service is therefore urging Gozitans to show their solidarity and please help those in need by making a donation on one of the five dates that are shown below.
Blood is precious and giving blood is an essential service, “that cannot be neglected.”
Donations can be made at the District Health Centre in Xewkija, located in Triq tall- Hamrija, between the Primary School and the Bocci Club:
Sundays – last registration 1:00pm
3rd July from 8:00am-1:00pm
