The Union Haddiema Maghqudin has warned that it will be ordering industrial action at Gozo Channel on Saturday.
The union said a dispute was registered because the company was failing to give the same wages to two categories of workers doing the same work.
Several meetings were held with the management as well as a conciliation meeting with the Inudstrial Relations and Employment Director but no agreement was reached.
