Readers Letter – I would like to congratulate Rev. Fr.Tonio Galea, parish priest of Munxar, who together with numerous volunteers, organised so well "L-Arka ta’ Noe."

These summer activities for students aged from 3 to 12, which took place daily at the Parish Centre were spread over three weeks (6th to 24th July) and were packed with hands-on activities for all the participants.

Every single day after an opening Mass Service, children played games, worked on various crafts with their own hands and were presented with short mimes as a way of learning lessons, plus a lot more.

The kids were taken on cultural outings every week (one to mainland Malta). The kids took part in fun water games, ate pizza and had a world of fun.

All the kids complained that it all went too fast.

This is the second time Rev. Galea has taken this initiative and made it such an awesome success. His effort should be praised along with Veronica’s direct involvement, who came from Italy exclusively to be able to give a hand. Not to forget the good number of animators’ and their contribution towards the success of "Noah’s Ark Journey."
