Gozo Minister Clint Camilleri and Parliamentary Secretary for Local Government Alison Zerafa Civelli, visited Xaghra where they had the opportunity to see the finished results of the renovation project on the playing field in Vjal it-Tmienja ta Settembru.

The project was made possible through funds from the Local Government Division as well as the Xaghra Local Council, with a €40,000 investment for the benefit of the Xaghra community and everyone who makes use of this space.

Minister Camilleri said they are “committed to continue adding more open spaces for our families including also through beautification projects of recreational spaces.”
