Nature Trust – FEE Malta has said that it is working hard to set up its Gozo Section headquarters in order to be able to provide a better service.

Nature Trust has purchased shelving and equipment over the last few months to help in turtle nesting monitoring, turtle nest overseeing, clean-ups and wildlife rescue.

It said that in this way, “Nature Trust strives to provide for better protection of our natural heritage whilst also providing for a better educational experience for the general public and students in schools.”

Nature Trust Gozo Section is also in collaboration from Gozo SPCA, Din l-Art Helwa (Ghawdex), Gozo Business Chamber and Animal Welfare Gozo and other organisations operating in Gozo in its quest to encourage Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) and promoting environmental awareness.

This initiative is being supported by the Ministry for Gozo NGO Assistance Scheme, a funding programme for Voluntary Organisations on Gozo.
