Students who attend the Gozo College Guzè Aquilina Primary school in Sannat have been celebrating World Autism Awareness Day which is celebrated every year on the 2nd of April.

They were joined by Minister for Gozo Clint Camilleri who worked on a painting to mark this special day – All Different, All Equal.

This year marks the 16th United Nations sanctioned World Autism Awareness Day.

Minister Camilleri said that, “we have always stressed the importance of social inclusion and we will continue to insist. Although we all have different abilities, we all have something to offer society.”
