HSBC Malta has advised that due to routine system maintenance, HSBC debit cards may not be used on its ATMs from 00:00 up to 3:00am on Monday, the 29th of May.

The Bank said that additionally, no purchases can be made. However, customers will be able to use HSBC credit cards for withdrawals from its ATMs and also from other banks’ ATMs (charges may apply) and to effect purchases from outlets (including online stores).

HSBC Malta said that “this is required maintenance to make sure we provide you with the best possible service. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.”
