Gozitan Chloe Cauchi, a JCI Malta member, was recently announced as the JCI Europe Public Speaking Champion for 2023 at the Europe Public Speaking Championships held in Bucharest.

JCI Malta congratulated Chloe on her achievement and explained that she has now qualified to the next round in November, when Chloe will represent JCI Europe in the JCI Public Speaking Competition during the World Congress in Switzerland.

Following her win, Chloe said that “for the past 7 years public speaking whether done competitively, nationally, formally or informally, has always been a fundamental part of who I am and what I do.”

She added, “ironically, I am speechless trying to muster up the words that I feel, but being proud and grateful of the community that has supported me since day one is undeniable.”

JCI Malta said that it is “also thrilled to see our debating team made up of Michael Gatt, Francesca Giudice, and Aimee Mallia, succeed. Qualifying second in Europe is not an easy thing to do.”
