In relation to final deeds of sale on residential property in July, the Gozo and Comino District registered 115, this was down 12 on June and down 73 on July 2022.

The data released today by the National Statistics Office today show that in the cluster of localities made up of Fontana, Gharb, Ghasri, Kercem, Munxar, Victoria, San Lawrenz, Sannat and Zebbug, there were 57 final deeds of sale, down by 14 on June, and down by 47 on July last year.

While in the cluster of localities of Ghajnsielem and Comino, Nadur, Qala, Xaghra and Xewkija there were 58, this was up by 2 on June and down by 26 on July 2022.

The NSO noted that promise of sale agreements in the Gozo and Comino District numbered 122, up by 8 agreements on June and down by 7 for the same month last year.

In the cluster of localities made up of Fontana, Gharb, Ghasri, Kercem, Munxar, Victoria, San Lawrenz, Sannat and Zebbug, the promise of sale agreements totalled 57 in July, up by 1 from June, but down by 11 on July 2022.

While in the cluster of localities of Ghajnsielem and Comino, Nadur, Qala, Xaghra and Xewkija, the figure was 65, up by 7 on June, and up by 4 on July last year.
