In relation to final deeds of sale on residential property in August, the Gozo and Comino District registered 132, this was down 2 on July and down 74 on August 2022.

The data released today by the National Statistics Office today show that in the cluster of localities made up of Fontana, Gharb, Ghasri, Kercem, Munxar, Victoria, San Lawrenz, Sannat and Zebbug, there were 72 final deeds of sale, up by 9 on July, and down by 31 on August last year.

While in the cluster of localities of Ghajnsielem and Comino, Nadur, Qala, Xaghra and Xewkija there were 60, this was down by 11 on July and down by 43 on August 2022.

The NSO noted that promise of sale agreements in the Gozo and Comino District numbered 108, down by 14 agreements on July and up by 1 on the same month last year.

In the cluster of localities made up of Fontana, Gharb, Ghasri, Kercem, Munxar, Victoria, San Lawrenz, Sannat and Zebbug, the promise of sale agreements totalled 45 in August, down by 12 from July, and down by 12 on last year.

While in the cluster of localities of Ghajnsielem and Comino, Nadur, Qala, Xaghra and Xewkija, the figure was 63, down by 2 on July, and up by 13 on August last year.
