131 garbage were collected from 12 different locations all across Gozo, during the 3rd edition of the Gozo World clean-up day event.
The young NGO group Nadur Nadif, and all those that attended the clean-ups across Gozo hailed it as yet another huge success.
Nadur Nadif expressed its sincere thanks to all the involved groups and attendees. “We couldn’t have done it without them.”
A huge round of applause must also go to the Nadur Nadif members, who dedicated their time and effort to the execution of this event.
Nadur Nadif thanked the Cultural Heritage Directorate, Ministry for Gozo and Eco-Gozo A Better Gozo for the supplies.
“As always, it is imperative that we all learn to appreciate and to safeguard the precious environment around us,” the Nadur Nadif team said.
Hence;
1)Choose Reusable and NOT single use items. As always, prevention is the key.
2)Always Respect the environment around you. Dispose of your waste properly.
“Let’s be the solution to the conservation of such sites and not the problem!”
