X1A route – Two new trips added for Gozitan students

Following on from the reintroduction of the X300 service for Gozitan University students, the Ministry for Gozo have advised that there is now also an additional service for MCAST students – Paola Campus.
Minister for Gozo Clint Camilleri said that after a series of meetings with the entities concerned, it was agreed that as from today, Thursday, the 5th of October, two new trips will be introduced on the X1A route for the Gozitan students who attend the MCAST in Paola.
He said that these trips, in the afternoon, are apart from those existing in the morning hours, and are for Gozitan students at MCAST to return to Cirkewwa. The travel times are at 4pm and at 4.55pm.
The Minister expressed his thanks to Transport Minister Aaron Farrugia, Transport Malta and Malta Public Transport.
Minister Camilleri concluded by saying that he is “committed to continue improving connectivity for the benefit of Gozitan students.”
