Ghajnsielem Local Council achieved three awards at the Gozo Business Awards 2023 for their environmental initiatives.

The awards were presented on Thursday evening during a ceremony at the Villa Fiorita in Marsalforn.

The Ghajnsielem Local Council were presented with awards for:

Gozo’s Green Local Council of the Year

Gozo’s Green Local Council Initiative of the Year

Local Council with Best Improvement of the Year

Ghajnsielem Mayor Kevin Cauchi expressed his happiness and also his gratitude for the support, especially to Council Secretary Lucienne Haber, fellow councillors Franco Ciangura, Teddy Saliba, Stephen Mercieca, Larry Buttigieg and all the workers and staff.

“Let’s keep working for a better Ghajnsielem for all of us to enjoy,” the Mayor said.
