The new, colourful commemorative medal for this year’s 8th edition of the Nadur Garmin 10K, has been unveiled by the Nadur Local Council.

The artwork and concept for this medal were developed from a sketch by artist Victor Agius and then designed by Matthew Axiaq.

The Council explained that the medal for this year’s edition event illustrates the spirit of the locality’s identity through the radiant light of the rising sun on our ultramarine Mediterranean hues.

It also references the agricultural heritage of the picturesque fertile valleys that adorn Nadur and are famous for their citrus trees.

The event is taking place on Sunday, the 17th of December. Registration for participation is available on www.nadur10k.com
