Gozo's biggest fine art and sculpture exhibition now openRotary Club Gozo is proud to present its third annual exhibition celebrating the widest range of art that the island can offer. Works by some of Malta and Gozo’s foremost “names” will be featured, alongside those from developing artists. It is a breathtaking display of paintings and sculptures to suit all tastes – and pockets. In all, over 60 artists are exhibiting over 140 works of art.

As usual, The Gozo Fine Art and Sculpture Exhibition will be held at the Citadella, Victoria. It will be spread throughout the grand old St John’s, St Michael’s and St Ursula’s Halls and will run until 4th October.

This is a major event and it will be augmented on the evenings of 2nd and 3rd October by the Renaissance Orchestra from Germany. “A feast for the ears as well as the eyes,” is promised by Rotary Club Gozo President Manuel Cini.

All proceeds will go to Rotary’s currently preferred charities: The Friends of the Sick and the Elderly in Gozo and Happy Moments in Kenya. The worldwide charity, End Polio Now, run by The Rotary Foundation, will also benefit.

Rotary invites everyone – residents and visitors alike – to enjoy the best that the island can offer. It is now open to the public until the 4th of October, from 10am until 3pm (from 11am weekends) and, additionally, on the two orchestral evenings, from 7pm until 9.30pm. Entrance is free (by small donation) during the day and a modest charge on the door of €5 will be made for the concerts.

More details, including where donations may be sent, can be found at http://www.rotarygozo.org/ or email info@rotarygozo.org.
