Doreen Tabone of Victoria was chosen as Miss Gozo 2009 during an entertainment evening organised by G.M. Productions at the Ghajnsielem Football Club. She will join 19 girls from other localities in Malta who will compete for the Miss Malta title on November the 14th.

Doreen is 17-years old, she attended post secondary school at Sir M.A. Refalo and studied Marketing, Maltese, English, Religion,System of Knowledge and Sociology.

At the present time Doreen is attending a course at M.C.A.S.T. to enable her to become a dental assistant. Her hobbies are reading and swimming.
