Voters registered in Gozo and who wish to collect their voting document/s from Malta and, vice-versa, voters registered in Malta wishing to collect their documents from Gozo, need to submit their written request as soon as possible and by no later than 6.00pm, Thursday, the 6th of June.?
The Electoral Commission advised that it is very important that requests are made personally and an application form is submitted, which form can be sent through the Commission’s website: www.electoral.gov.mt/advancedtransfer or call personally at the Electoral Office, Ex-Trade Fair Grounds, in-Naxxar or the Electoral Office, St Francis Square, Victoria, Gozo.
The opening hours are from Monday to Sunday: from 8.00am to 1.00pm and from 3.00pm to 6.00pm.
Voting documents in Malta are collected from the Vote Counting Complex in Naxxar and, in Gozo, from the I.D. Cards Office in Victoria, Gozo. Days for collection are from the 4th to 6th of June 2024, and the voter must attend personally showing his identity or residence card.
Early Voting?
Voters who will be abroad or hospitalised on polling day, Saturday, the 8th of June, and who are going to declare so that they may cast their vote on Saturday, the 1st of June, should make such declaration up to noon of Friday, the 31st of May, according to the hours indicated below:
From 8.00am, Tuesday, the 16th April, till noon, Friday, the 31st of May, (Malta time)

At the Office of the Electoral Commission, Vote Counting Complex, Ex-Trade Fair Grounds, in-Naxxar, and at the Electoral Office, Identity Card Section, St. Francis Square, Victoria, Gozo.
From Tuesday, 30th April, from 8.00am to 1.00pm and from 3.00pm to 8.00pm.
Friday, 31st May, last day from 8.00am to noon.
Applicants must bring their I.D. Cards.
The Electoral Commission also advised voters who qualify to vote on 1st June that they must submit their voting document.
Voters registered in Malta will cast their vote at the Vote Counting Complex at Naxxar while those registered under Gozo will vote at the Government Experimental Farm, Mgarr Road, Xewkija.
