I wish I would have known about this event that took place in Palm Street, Victoria on Thursday so I could have gone earlier and spent more time to have a look round.

School students were able to enjoy a very, very nice educational experience.

Honey, bees, beekeeping, weaving, Gozo lace, and various farm animals were all on display. I loved the calves!

Curiously there was a guy giving Cauliflower plants in a small pot to all the children and adults. I am not sure about the link between this plant and the rest of the presentations.

However, I am sure that the children were educated in a holistic way how to sustain the bees. Bees need flowers, lots of them.

Balconies, rooftops, backyards and front gardens need to replenish flowers for the bees to get pollen to make honey while in return pollinate the Cauliflower plant and all the fruit trees and crops.
