The Diocese of Gozo said that as part of the formation of its priests, a seminar was recently organised for them at Dar Manresa, in Victoria.
The speakers for the seminar were Rev. Andrea Peruffo and Rev. Enrico Parolari from Northern Italy, both working in the field of formation.
The Diocese said that many priests attended the three half-days which were dedicated to them.
During their time spent in Gozo the speakers had the opportunity to meet with the Board and the formators of the Major Seminary, with the members of the Clergy Office, with the female religious, and with the formation team for engaged couples and the family in the Diocese.
The Diocese said that the theme presented y the speakers for the formation days with the priests was: “Like clay in the hands of the potter,” a passage taken from the book of the Prophet Jeremiah (18:6).
