The stories covered in this weeks issue are:
1. The Munxar community celebrated the anniversary of the consecration of their parish church with a festive Mass of St. Paul with the participation of Maltese and Gozitan singers, with ages varying from 10 to 70 years, among others Soprano Georgina Gauci and the young singer Mikaela Bajada that in the month of November will represent Malta in the Junior Euro Song Festival.
Concelebrated by Munxar Parish Priest, Fr Tonio Galea, together with, Mgr. Joseph Curmi, Mgr. Saviour Debrincat, Mgr. Francis Debrincat and Can. Karm Curmi, the Mass was organized by a group of Ghannejja from Malta and Gozo.
The Mass music lyrics were writted by Oliver Friggieri.
2. The Padre Pio Prayer Groups of Gozo, gathered in the Sanctuary of our Lady of Graces in Victoria, to commemorate the liturgical feast of their Founder Saint. To mark the occasion, members of the Prayer Groups and other devotees attending the ceremony, contributed to collect a generous donation to help the Capuchin Missionaries of Kenya.
