Norbert Borg, Jeremy Caruana, Noemi Cortis and Matthew C. Zammit were each presented with a certificate and a book prize for being the students who achieved the highest marks in the English Language Course organised at the Royal British Legion (Malta)

Karl Spiteri, Manager Marketing at Bank of Valletta presented the certificates to the winning students in the presence of Joe Hamilton, Principal of the English Language Courses held at the Royal British Legion (Malta) HQ, in Valletta.

“Bank of Valletta supports numerous initiatives aimed at improving literacy among students,” said Mr Spiteri. “This is the fourth consecutive year that Bank of Valletta is supporting these prizes and we are delighted to have assisted students in the mastery of the language.”

Thanking Bank of Valletta for its continuous support, Mr Hamilton said, “We are indeed grateful for the Arm of Support which the Bank of Valletta extends in our joint endeavours to motivate our students at Primary & Secondary levels to achieve better fluency and competency in English.”
