As part of their continued efforts to bring fitness to people from all walks of life, The BodyForge has once again proudly sponsored the Gozo Beauties contestants for the second year running. organised by the renowned Modelle International, one of Malta’s top names in the glamour and beauty industry, this is the Gozitan beauty show whose chosen three finalists will compete in the Miss World Malta contest to be held in Malta in July 2010.

A spokesperson for The BodyForge said that young girls competing in a beauty contest will find it of great benefit to work out as no matter how good they already look, working out will always make them look and feel better. Donatello, CEO of The BodyForge, puts things in perspective by saying. “Girls come in all these different fabulous shapes and sizes, and you can pretty much thank Mom and Dad for yours”. “However, no matter what body type you’ve been dealt, you can always improve it. All you need to do is work it, your body will respond by losing fat, getting firmer and toning up. And that will do wonders for anyone’s confidence – a revving metabolism not only helps you stay leaner, but packs pizzazz into your personality.”

Donatello said that with over 18 years of experience in the fitness field, and Gozo’s only multiple time National and International level competitor representing Malta, he is Gozo’s first and only full time personal trainer, getting people into shape fast is what he does for a living. “It’s all about making the workouts interesting and varied,” he said enthusiastically. “Workouts should never be boring, people just give up if they are. So I keep the workouts fun, and challenging and provide constant motivation to get the best out of my clients.”

Donatello concluded by saying that even if there is only one contest winner in the end, this opportunity will give each and every Gozo Beauty the health and fitness knowledge that will last them for years to come.
