The Building and Construction Authority (BCA) has advised that the Tribunal webpage will be removed from its official website and now has its own official site.

It said that this decision aligns with the fact that the Building and Construction Tribunal operates independently from the BCA.

The BCA went on to say that any decisions, contact details, or further information regarding the Building and Construction Tribunal can be found on its newly launched official website, bct.gov.mt
