CEO of the Gozo Business Chamber Daniel Borg, delivered a presentation to students from the Jämtland High School (Sweden) and Sir M.A. Refalo Sixth Form (Gozo) as part of the Erasmus+ project EuroSpark: Igniting Young Minds Across Cultures!

The session by Daniel Borg explored youth entrepreneurship in Gozo, with a focus on the Chamber’s key initiatives:

Youth4Entrepreneurship – encouraging young people to believe in their potential and develop innovative ideas

Crossing Borders: Bridging the Age Gap – building connections between experienced entrepreneurs and emerging talent

Daniel Borg also highlighted the need for a targeted start-up policy for Gozo.

He noted that “while significant strides have been made in infrastructure – such as the second fibre optic cable and the Gozo Innovation Hub – more must be done to create the right environment for youth-led enterprises to thrive.

Daniel Borg was accompanied by the GBC Manager Jesmond Buttigieg.

The Gozo Business Chamber congratulated all the students “who are truly embodying the spirit of European collaboration, innovation and creativity.”
