This week, during the Kercem Feast Concert organised by the San Girgor Musical Society, the Kercem Local Council signed a Twinning Agreement with the Bormla Local Council.

Kercem Local Council said that through this agreement, both councils will commit to sharing cultural and educational experiences, among other initiatives.
