The housing market activity in Gozo made some improvement in October, while the island once again registered the second lowest figures for final deeds of sale from the regions at 141, this figure was up on the previous month and on last year.

National Statistics Office data released today revealed that 141 final deeds of sale on residential property were registered in Gozo during October. This figure was up by 5 on September and by 7 on October 2024. The highest number were in Victoria which registered 24.

Promise of sale agreements in Gozo was also the second lowest of the regions, registering 178, up by 26 agreements on September and by 28 on October last year. The highest number were in Sannat which registered 29.
