Gozo Chamber and GRDA delegations visit Chorus Life project in Italy

Earlier this month, a delegation from the Gozo Business Chamber and representatives of the Gozo Regional Development Authority visited the Chorus Life urban regeneration project in Bergamo, Italy.

The GBC delegation was composed of Michael Galea, Joseph Borg, Perit Edward Scerri and Daniel Borg.

The Chamber explained that the visit offered a first-hand look at how a former industrial area has been transformed into a vibrant mixed-use district integrating residential, retail, leisure, public spaces and smart infrastructure within a structured governance and investment framework.

Meetings were also held at the Experience Centre of Gewiss, where innovative technological solutions supporting smart districts and sustainable development were showcased.

The Chamber went on to say that this engagement forms part of the its ongoing commitment to “exploring international best practices and forward-looking models that can contribute to Gozo’s long-term economic resilience and strategic development.”

The Chamber expressed its thank the Greening the Islands Foundation (GTI) for facilitating this visit.
