Bank of Valletta and Visa have collaborated to offer BOV personal Visa cardholders a unique opportunity to be in the chance to win an exclusive trip to the FIFA World Cup 2026™, thanks to Visa.

This promotion is made possible through the close partnership between Visa and BOV, with Visa being a Worldwide Partner of FIFA,the Bank said.

To participate in the competition, BOV personal cardholders need to effect at least 25 transactions on any one of their Visa credit or debit cards. Transactions can be effected both online and at retail outlets using either a physical card or digital wallet.

Eligibility requires a minimum spend of €1,000 within the promotion window, which runs from the 16th of February to the 26th of April. Participants must also complete their registration online at bov.com/visa-promotion

Two winners will be randomly drawn by the 29th of April

The lucky winners, with their respective guests, will receive either an all-inclusive 4-night stay in a 4-star accommodation in New York and two category 1 tickets for the Final Match or a 5-night all-inclusive package in a 4-star accommodation in Miami, and two category 1 tickets for two Group Stage Matches.

The FIFA World Cup 2026™ will kick off on Thursday, the 11th of June, with the opening match between Mexico and South Africa taking place at the Mexico City Stadium. The highly-anticipated final will be played at the New York, New Jersey Stadium on Sunday, the 19th of July.
