PN Leader Alex Borg visited the Kempinski Hotel San Lawrenz where a refurbishment project has enhanced the services offered.
He highlighted that quality tourism must be a key pillar of Gozo’s economy.”This approach also reflects the vision of the Nationalist Party, which promotes sustainable development and added value within the tourism industry,”
The PN Leader met with employees and management at the Kempinski Hotel San Lawrenz Hotel where he observed the restructuring and refurbishment works carried out at the hotel to improve the service and the quality of the product and services offered.
He noted that investments of this nature reflect Gozo’s potential to attract tourists seeking a high-quality and sustainable experience. They also highlight the importance of focusing on quality rather than quantity.
After being welcomed by the hotel’s management, the PN Leader also emphasised the need to reduce bureaucracy, particularly in relation to permits and the engagement of workers so that establishments such as these can operate more efficiently and continue to grow.
During the visit, Alex Borg was accompanied by Shadow Minister for Gozo Chris Said and PN general election candidate Beppe Galea.
