Members of the Gozo Tourism Association executive council, including Chairman Paul Scicluna, CEO Joe Muscat and Treasurer Konrad Scicluna, recently held a meeting with Malta Film Commissioner, Johann Grech, at his offices in Kalkara.
The GTA said that discussions centred on advancing Gozo’s position within the national film industry and exploring avenues to attract film-driven tourism to the island.
It was noted that both parties expressed their commitment to work together on a unified strategy for screen tourism in Gozo.
The Gozo Tourism Association concluded by saying that ”this synergised approach represents a significant milestone in the long-term development of this sector.”
