Last month, Safe Stages & Skills moved from planning into action with its first implementation workshop, bringing together IVAGIO (Lithuania), Le Feu Cache (France), and Gozo based voluntary organisation Innovative Youth (Malta).
Innovative Youth explained that the workshop focused on two key areas: LinkedIn and job interview skills. Participants explored how LinkedIn’s AI-driven systems influence profile and content visibility, while learning practical strategies to strengthen their professional presence and improve their profiles.
The second part focused on job interviews, covering non-verbal communication, personal presentation and soft skills, followed by an interactive Q&A addressing real challenges participants face in their job search.
Innovative Youth said that ”this workshop marks an important step in the 18-month Safe Stages & Skills project, supporting women in developing the digital, AI-related and employability skills needed to navigate today’s evolving labour market with greater confidence.”
