Bank of Valletta is organising a ‘Dress Down Day’ for Charity on both Friday, the13th and Saturday, the 14th of August 2010 across all its branches and departments. The aim of these Dress Down Days is to raise funds for children in care.
Bank of Valletta staff members who participate in this initiative and go to work in informal clothing will be making a monetary donation that will be presented to selected children’s charities during the Christmas period. Customers who visit BOV branches during these two days are encouraged to participate and make a small contribution. Members of the general public can make a deposit in BOV account number 40017439446, or use the piggy banks which will be available across the retail network.
Edward Muscat Azzopardi, Head Marketing & PR stated that this activity is yet another example of how the BOV team has the interests of the Maltese community at heart. “Whenever they were organised in the past, such events were always met with overwhelming support. This is why this time we are organising the activity across the entire organisation, including all branches and departments.”
