Ah but Dietmar, its Enmalta and they dont care about customers, the whole question of how they deal with customers shows that they have no idea about customer relations. They have raised the price from petrol staions from today, but the petrol stations all have stocks in there storage tanks, for which they paid the old price. That means that they are probably pocketing the difference, for them selves. The price increase or reduction should take efffect from the next deliver. What Malta realy needs is competiion, from another supplier to break Enemalts monoply, so they cant dictate . Also their policy of buying a month at a time, means that there are stocks in the depot storage tanks which are making more profits for them. Just you wait when they get a price reduction, I bet they dont pass it on straiight away
