The International Day of the Family, is beng celebrated on Sunday, May the 15th and highlights the importance of families.
It aims at fostering equality, bringing about a fuller sharing of domestic responsibilities and employment opportunities.
The Diocese of Gozo joins the rest of the world and is organising Festa Familja at the Gozo Sports Complex in Victoria, which starts at 6pm.
Schola Cantorum Jubilate is participating in the event and will be performing pieces by Temple and Rutter.
