Migrants’ Solidarity Movement (MSM) are organising ‘Riddim Fusion II,’ a cultural event for all the family with music, storytelling workshops, theatre, drum circles, artisan market, face painting, shisha corner, food and a children’s book will be launched on the day.

There will also be a music area with the participation of the following musicians:

4.00-4.45- Johnny Cash Band

5.00-5.30- Muxu

5.45-6.20- Raquel and Prosper

6.30-7- Walter Micallef

7.15-8.15- Book launch and theatre

8.15-9.00 African Drummers

9.00-10.00- Thea Garrett

10.00-11.00- Claire and Mohammed

Riddim Fusion II is part of ‘Tell a Tale,’ a project by the Migrants’ Solidarity Movement which has been going on since November 2010. People from different African countries, Maltese and other European countries were brought together through story telling and theatre. Some of the stories and ideas which emerged from the workshops were put together in a colorful illustrated children’s book in Maltese. This was made possible by the artist Jessica Taylor and Maltese writer Clare Azzopardi. The project Tell a Tale was funded by the Malta Arts Fund.
